This Journal Publishing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Biofuel Research-BRJ ("Journal") and the corresponding author ("Author") of the accepted manuscript ("Manuscript"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Journal will publish the Manuscript.

Grant of License:

1. The Author hereby grants to the Journal an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and make available the Manuscript in all forms and media now known or hereafter developed. Additionally, the Author agrees to transfer and assign to the Journal all copyright and ownership rights to the Manuscript, effective upon acceptance for publication.
2. The Journal has the right to sublicense these rights to other parties for the purpose of promoting and disseminating the Manuscript.

Author's Representations:

1. The Author represents and warrants that they are the sole author of the Manuscript and have the authority to grant the rights specified in this Agreement.
2. The Author further represents that the Manuscript is original, does not infringe any existing copyright, and does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others.

Publication Process:

1. The Journal will undertake reasonable efforts to publish the Manuscript promptly after its acceptance. However, the Journal reserves the right to determine the timing and manner of publication.
2. The Journal may edit the Manuscript for clarity, grammar, and style without altering its scientific content. Major changes to the Manuscript will be made only with the Author's consent.

Copyright and Open Access:

1. The Journal holds the copyright to the published version of the Manuscript. This ensures proper management and protection of the final published work.
2. All materials, including Articles published in the Biofuel Research Journal, will be Open-Access articles distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). This license allows for the widest dissemination and reuse of the content while giving proper credit to the authors.
3. The Journal is committed to providing proper attribution to the Author when publishing the Manuscript. This attribution reflects the author's contribution and is consistent with the principles of open access publishing.

Archiving:

1. The Journal may deposit the Manuscript in digital repositories or databases to ensure long-term archiving and accessibility.

Retraction and Corrections:

1. In the event that errors or inaccuracies are discovered in the published Manuscript, the Author agrees to cooperate with the Journal in issuing retractions, corrections, or other appropriate remedies.

Termination:

1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination will not affect the rights and obligations accrued before the termination date.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By submitting a manuscript, the Author acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by its terms and conditions should the Manuscript be accepted for publication.
